• Grants need to be written for any or all of the repairs.

• The roof needs to be repaired.

• The foundation needs to be assessed and possibly repaired or replaced.

• The wooden floors need to be repaired and refinished.

• Some wall damage needs to be repaired.

• Broken glass needs to be replaced.

• A few cabinets have broken glass that needs to be replaced.

• Restoration of items in the museum.
